Returns:-
- Returns of items must be made within three days of the customer receiving the delivery
- There are several such goods which are not returnable such as perishable goods, Intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
- Images of the product and bill must be submitted by the customer to our customer care email in order to facilitate the return process…
- Eligibility of returns- one must not open or use the products. (sealed packed and warranty of the product should not be registered by the customer) also it should be packed in the same condition as you receive at the time of delivery.
- Packaging of product should be original in condition with labelled of MEDAXBUY.
- All the machines and accessories and single-use parts are in a sealed package. If anything opened it won’t be referred under the return process.
- Equipment’s should not be used; if any machine reported as being used or record any hours, it will not be accepted for return.
- Note: accessories and mask if open is not accepted by us for return.so please be careful while ordering the correct size of mask and accessories.
- The customer is responsible for paying the postage costs for returning the product.
- Please do consider the trackable courier for shipping the products over the value of Rs.1000/-. Because we are not be responsible for not receiving your returned products.
Items on sale (if applicable) :-
- Returns are only available for regular priced items; unfortunately, sales items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges (if applicable) :-
- Only Products which are defective or damaged are replaceable.
- Moreover, if you need to exchange them for the same product then you may mail us on further they will guide you
Other things that are not returnable:-
- Downloadable software goods and gift cards/promo code or coupon code
- Several medical and personal hygiene supplies.
- Purchases made in bulk, B2B billing, or backorder items.
Note: –
- For completing the return process. All we require the original invoice or receipt as for the proof of purchase which is made by you.
- It’s a request do not send the products return to the manufacture. Only send to our office address of MEDAXBUY which is mentioned.
- If there is a manufacturing flaw found after a customer complaint then our engineer will examine the product and provide you the best solution of it and if it requires an exchange then the defective goods will be replaced or repaired if there is a major fault.
Refunds:
- The company will release the refund after receiving the product and inspection of the product.
Procedure of refunds-
- If your return is received by us and inspected then we will be sharing the mail regarding the return we received.
- After the inspection we will share the notification of approval or rejection of your refund which is based on the inspection.
- As if your refund is confirmed then automatically the refund will be initiated by us and credited in your account as per the mode of payment you made within 2-3 days.
Missing or delayed refunds (if any) –
