At MedaxBuy Healthcare Services, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process under the following conditions.
Return Policy
- Customers can initiate a return within Five days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and unregistered for warranty.
- Due to hygiene reasons, disposable items and opened Masks cannot be returned. Please ensure you select the correct size before placing an order. For assistance with sizing, contact our support team via call, Whatsapp or Mail
- Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable items
- Intimate and sanitary products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Digital or downloadable products
- B2B bulk orders, special backorders, or custom orders
- Adapters and hoses (not covered under warranty)
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Customers should not send items back to the manufacturer; all returns must be processed through MedaxBuy Healthcare Services only.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued after deducting any applicable payment gateway or shipping charges.
- Non-refundable items include sale or promotional products.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.
- To request an exchange, contact our team, and we will assist you in replacing the item with the same product.
Gift Returns
- If your order was marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit for the returned item.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
- For high-value returns (above ₹1000), we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
